Warranty Policy

All TILLIV product(s) have been manufactured with the highest quality materials and craftsmanship. All TILLIV product(s) have been inspected and found free of defects prior to dispatch.

Please note that the warranty is not applicable to shipping, shipping insurance, gift cards, TILLIV Zipper Lubricant Wipes, TILLIV Performance Kit (for Vacuum Packs) or TILLIV Zipper Gel (for Vacuum Packs).

Warranty Claims Process:

  1. To initiate a return, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Begin Warranty Claim Process".
  2. Fill in the form and submit upon completion.
  3. TILLIV Service Centre team will review your request within 2 business days.
  4. Once approved, you will be sent an email to inform you to send your product(s) back to us. Prepare your package and ship the product(s) back to TILLIV Service Centre. TILLIV Service Centre location may differ from where your product(s) may have shipped from.
  5. Once you have shipped your package, please send the tracking number along with your order number to support@tilliv.com.
  6. Our typical turnaround time is 3-4 weeks from the time we receive your product until it is returned to you. In some cases, we can get it back to you sooner. In some cases, it may take longer. During peak season our turnaround time can be longer than six weeks.

    Returns Shipping Cost

    You are responsible for the shipping costs for your return. This includes any customs, duties, taxes and shipping insurance.

    Once your warranty application is approved, product(s) must be received by our warehouse within 30 calendar days. TILLIV will not be responsible for product(s) that are damaged / lost / delayed / stuck at customs etc during the returns process. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. It is your sole responsibility to ensure we receive your return product(s).

    Warranty Claims

    Please use your judgment when assessing whether your product(s) is likely to be covered under the warranty policy - it may simply be time to replace it. We highly recommend that you review the product care page to see if you have missed something prior to applying for a warranty claim.
