Important To Note:

  1. It will take 1 – 3 business days to process your order after confirmation, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. Our warehouse processes orders Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
  2. The average shipping times are estimates and not guarantees and additional delays may occur. Please note that during our peak periods such as sale events, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, delivery may be longer than the specified delivery times above. Do note that updates for tracking numbers from certain carriers may not be available until the parcel arrives at the destination country.
  3. Rates do not include duties and taxes. These fees can vary, so please be sure to check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.
  4. If inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your orders, it may delay processing by an additional 2 – 4 business days. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure the address provided is correct. The TILLIV team will do our best to accommodate changes in the shipping information, but once the parcel has been dispatched, we will no longer be able to change the information nor expedite your shipment.
  5. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to be available to receive the parcel. In the event of failed delivery due to the receiver not being available to receive the parcel, it is the receiver’s responsibility to arrange re-delivery. If the parcel is returned to our warehouse, additional fees will apply for re delivery. We will not be liable if the parcel is destroyed due to failed delivery. No signature is required.
  6. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to complete any declarations necessary for the parcel to be cleared by customs into their country.
  7. If a parcel is sent back to the warehouse due to the customer being unavailable, due to an error in the shipping information provided or due to any other reason the following fees apply:
  • Processing fee (free/standard/express shipping): $10 USD
  • Parcel return fee (to our warehouse): NA for free/standard shipping, return courier charges will be passed on the customer for express shipping
  • Reshipment fee: $30 USD for free/standard shipping, additional charges apply for express shipping

We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to payment to avoid any possible delays.

 

Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance is a service that can reimburse you if your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, until the courier marks your package as delivered. If the courier marks your package as delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the courier directly with your tracking number.

 

Goods Damaged in Transit

When shipments leave TILLIV’s warehouse, they are in good condition, or the courier will not accept them. You are liable for checking for evidence of damage or loss before signing for any shipment. You should not accept any shipment that has apparent damage until the courier notes and acknowledges such damage in writing.

You should keep the original packing materials in case there are any defects or damage that needs to be reported. For claims under shipping insurance, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of delivery.

 

Incorrect or Missing Product

If there are missing product(s) or an incorrect product(s) was received, please email us at support@tilliv.com within 3 days from the date of delivery. Our logistics team will check your order to confirm if the correct product(s) were packed. Any incorrect or missing product(s) will be reshipped by TILLIV in the same shipping method of your order.
